A woman was arrested early Thursday on accusations of attempting to solicit an undercover police officer, a police report said.
Little Rock police said a woman flagged down an undercover officer at West 12th and South Woodrow streets about 12:45 a.m.
The woman "took out her bare breast" and groped the male officer, the report stated.
The officer identified himself after the woman told him to expose himself to prove he was not a policeman, the report said. Police said that's when the woman threw a glass pipe out of the window.
Tonya Goldsberry, 46, of Little Rock was charged with loitering for prostitution, public sexual indecency, indecent exposure and possessing instruments of a crime.
