ASU-Utah State will be on national TV

Arkansas State has made a late change to its 2016 football schedule, and now it will have another game on national television.

ASU announced Monday that its game this season at Utah State has been moved to Sept. 16, a Friday, at Logan, Utah. Previously the game was scheduled to be played on Sept. 17. The move was made to satisfy a national CBS Sports Network broadcast. The game will kick off at 8 p.m. Central.

The Red Wolves, who finished 9-4 last season and won the Sun Belt Conference title, now have four games scheduled on national TV next season. They will play Georgia Southern on Oct. 5 on ESPN2, while games at Georgia State on Nov. 3 and at Troy on Nov. 17 will be on ESPNU. ASU's Sept. 10 game at Auburn could also be picked up for a national broadcast.

ASU and Utah State last played in 2014, a 21-14 ASU victory in overtime in Jonesboro. The teams have split six all-time meetings.

Utah State was 6-7 overall last season after a loss to Akron in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.
