Police have identified the man killed in an overnight shooting in the parking lot of a North Little Rock Wal-Mart.
Officers pronounced Robert Leon Scales, 44, dead at the scene from at least one gunshot wound, according to a news release from the North Little Rock Police Department.
Police said the shooting was the result of a domestic disturbance involving three people, one of whom is a Wal-Mart employee. Detectives have yet to arrest anyone or file any charges.

EARLIER:
A man was fatally shot overnight in the parking lot of a North Little Rock Wal-Mart, and police said Monday they were speaking with another man believed to be involved.
The shooting was reported by a 911 call from a Popeyes restaurant across McCain Boulevard from the Wal-Mart at 3:24 a.m., North Little Rock police spokesman Brian Dedrick said.
Police arrived and found one man dead at the scene, Dedrick said. The victim's name has not been released.
Detectives were speaking with several witnesses early Monday, including a second man believed to be involved with the shooting, Dedrick said.
No suspects were being sought as of 8:45 a.m., and police had not arrested or filed charges against the man being interviewed, Dedrick said.
The shooting scene at the Wal-Mart parking lot had been cleared by daybreak Monday. Across the street at the Popeyes, detectives were seen photographing the interior of a Chevrolet pickup truck with a two kitchen stoves loaded in the cab.
