Police on Thursday released the identities of a woman found shot to death in a wrecked car in Russellville and the man they have charged in her killing.
The woman, 39-year-old Rachel Michele Chisum of Atkins, was found inside a car that ran off the road into a fence Wednesday morning in the 200 block of James Circle, the Russellville Police Department said in a news release.
A Russellville man arrested at the scene, 42-year-old William Edward Gray, was charged with first-degree murder, authorities said.
No information about the motive has yet been released.
