4th Judicial Drug Task Force

• Anthony Broadway, 48, of 1853 Deane St. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm. Broadway was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Thursday.

• Frances Helen Berumen, 46, of 18 John Ross Drive in Greenbrier was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property and theft by receiving. Beruman was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Fransico Marquez, 32, of 20639 Walker Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Wednesday in connection with terroristic threatening in the first degree and battery in the third degree. Marques was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jesse Odis Morse, 20, of 13899 S. Ridge Road in Garfield was arrested Thursday in connection with three counts of breaking or entering and two counts of theft of property. Morse was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Jason Allen Stewart, 43, of 10432 Route E in Pineville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday in connection with forgery in the first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stewart was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Centerton

• Kimberly Ann Pearson, 41, of 3855 W. Weir Road in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with furnishing prohibited articles and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Pearson was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Brian James Ratliff, 28, of 3290 Laurel Circle was arrested Thursday in connections with terroristic threatening in the first degree and domestic battering in the third degree. Ratliff was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Darrin Mathew Schmidt, 25, of 771 Harvest St. was arrested Thursday in connection with breaking or entering. Schmidt was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Debora McKinley, 47, of 111 Fifth St. S.W. was arrested Wednesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. McKinley was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Telma Williams, 33, of 2768 N. Barcelona Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with residential burglary and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. Williams was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $4,065.

• Christina McGuire, 35, of 237 Gregg Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. McGuire was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,500 bond.

Rogers

• Richard Kyle Fowler, 44, of 10123 Summit Drive was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fowler was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Kurt Jones, 48, of 1327 S. Thompson St. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Jones was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Thursday.

Greenland

• Firefighters put out a fire on semitrailer's axles around 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the north lane of Interstate 49 near the Greenland exit. No one was injured.

• Theft was reported at 12:05 p.m. Thursday at 4055 W. Sunset Ave.

• Aggravated assault was reported at 3:21 p.m. Thursday at 807 Brookhaven Court.
