• Sherry Carter, 22, of 2982 Setter St. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Carter was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Ryan Northcutt, 24, of 1604 S. Duncan Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating parole. Northcutt was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Kevin James Sheets, 36, of 343 Baskin St. in Hartman was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and violating parole. Sheets was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $6,986.91.
• Majorie Louise O'Bryant, 55, of 2300 S.W. Old Farmington Road in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. O'Bryant was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• James Edward Rhodes, Jr., 30, of 399 Sulphur City Road in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with second-degree forgery. Rhodes was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a $1,500 bond.

• John Ioanis, 21, of 5325 N. Oak St. in Bethel Heights was arrested Friday in connection with breaking or entering. Ioanis was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Donald Ray Skinner, 34, of 1032 West Gate in Baxter, Kan., was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Skinner was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $5,000.

• John Ray, 18, of 3447 Sagely Lane in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ray was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Jason Alan Eaton, 37, of 300 N. Meadow Court, Apt. D7 in Siloam Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Eaton was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Raymond Henson, 21, of 3980 Allegheny Terrace in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with second-degree battery. Henson was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
