Police in Faulkner County arrested a man on child-pornography charges after police came in contact with him online and then searched his home, according to a news release.
Police said they were sent sexually explicit material involving children after responding to an online advertisement.
The advertisement and subsequent communication were traced to 47-year-old Brian Neil Endsley of Heber Springs, according to the news release. Police searching his home took iPhones, women's underwear and a sex toy, the release said.
Endsley was charged with five counts of possessing, distributing, or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct Involving a child. Additional charges are expected, police said.
Endsley was listed on the Faulkner County jail roster Tuesday and was being held in lieu of $50,000 bond.
