HECTOR -- Tanner Gaines passed for three touchdowns and ran for one as Hector (9-1, 6-1 5-2A) defeated Quitman (7-3, 4-3).

Gaines ran 72 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter. Touchdown passes from Gaines went for 15 yards to Jadon Graham, 7 yards to Justice Walker and 42 yards to Graham again, as Hector took a 35-0 lead in the first quarter.
Brendan Landrum had a 14-yard scoring run for the other touchdown in the first quarter.
Logan Church recovered a fumble for a touchdown in the second quarter and Cameron Harrison kicked a 27-yard field goal for a 44-0 lead by halftime.
