The American Association of State College and Universities elected Chuck Welch, president of the Arkansas State University System in Little Rock, to its board of directors in 2017.
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Foundation Fund board of directors named the following as board members: Sean Glancy, Frank Scott, Bruce Tidwell, Carlton Billingsley, Michael Reed, Jane Yocum, Jeff Lynch, and Harold Joyner.
Oscar David Washington Jr., vice president of customer service at Entergy, has been named to Pulaski Technical College Foundation's board of directors. Dan Oberste has been named chairman of the board of directors.
ENGINEERING
McClelland Consulting Engineers announced the following new employees. Andrew Dibble has been named project manager in the water/wastewater department in the Fayetteville office. Barret Knutson, project designer, has also joined the water/wastewater department in the Fayetteville office. Edwin Hankins IV has been named a member of the landscape architecture team in the Little Rock office. Jace Davis joins the Little Rock office as a project designer focusing on water/wastewater design and mechanical applications.
