Robinson rushed for 140 yards on 9 carries and scored on runs of 2 and 20 yards.
Cedric Hall rushed for 122 yards on 13 carries, scoring on a 15-yard run.
Zach Griffin scored on a 21-yard reception from Cole Duncan. Jaden Ward had a 3-yard touchdown rush and Logan Holman scored from 1 yard out for Batesville's other scores.
Paragould's touchdown was on a 1-yard run by Zach Hoggard late in the first half.
