The 31st King Biscuit Blues Festival occupies three stages in downtown Helena-West Helena, centering on Cherry Street, through Saturday. Headliners are Sonny Landreth with special guest Roy Rogers at 8:30 p.m. today, John Mayall at 8:30 p.m. Friday and Charlie Musselwhite at 8:30 p.m. Saturday. 4 GLIMPSE

Command and Control, a documentary chronicling the nine intense hours following the 1980 explosion at a Titan II Launch Complex near Damascus will be the opening-night feature of the 2016 Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, 6:30 Friday at the Arlington Hotel, 239 Central Ave, Hot Springs. Two enameling exhibitions -- "Little Dreams in Glass and Metal: Enameling in America, 1920 to Present," 121 works by 90 artists, and "Glass Fantasies: Enamels by Thom Hall," more than 40 enamels by the retired longtime Arts Center registrar and artist -- open Friday at the Arkansas Arts Center, 501 E. Things will get spooky at the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History, 503 E.
