• Nicole Jasmine Ann McCannon, 19, of 10582 Two Girls Lane in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. McCannon was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $255.
• Alfonso Ortiz-Espinoza, 36, of 16099 Wilson Court in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with Rape. Ortiz-Espinoza was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Blaine Patrick Roark, 22, of 690 Appleridge Drive was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Roark was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Levi Roper, 24, of 12630 Viney Grove Road in Farmington was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Roper was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Joseph Marler Jr., 38, of 11910 Irwin Knox Road in Summers was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Marler was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set and two holds from other departments.

• Ashley Wiley-McEelyea, 37, of 1702 Powell St. Apt. C was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Wiley-McEelyea was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with a partial bond of $2,500.
