Conway Corp has announced that 20 of its customer service and cable installer professionals received Customer Service Excellence awards at the 2016 Mid-America Cable Show. Jane Harrison, Kelly Wirtz, Rachael Myers, Tracy Ferrell, Elizabeth Harmon and Eleise Wood Myers were recognized with Five Star Customer Service Excellence (CSE) awards in the area of sales. Shelly Smith, Tony Lemke, James Buggs, Jason Fleming, and Beth McCullough Jimmerson were recognized with Five Star CSE awards in service. Michelle Hatfield was recognized with a Five Star CSE award in both the sales and service categories. Nicole Pizzolato, Brent Brown, Brian Robinson, Jonathan Booth, John Davis, Aaron Julian and Aaron Reynolds were recognized with Four Star CSE awards. Eric Bell received a Four Star CSE award in sales.
