Wedding vows were exchanged by Lauren Taylor Jacobi and Patrick James Mines at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, in St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Decatur, Ga. The Revs. Richard Vu of Catholic Church of Saint Gabriel, Fayetteville, Ga., and Joe Jacobi, uncle of the bride, officiated.

Stacy and David Jacobi of Ardmore, Okla., are the parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of Connie Hestily of Ardmore, Tommy Hestily of Durant, Okla., and Mary and the late Andrew Jacobi of Norman, Okla.

The bridegroom is the son of Anne and Timothy Mines of Little Rock. He is the grandson of Mary Bea and Kenneth Hiegel of Little Rock and Margaret and the late Robert Mines of Park Ridge, Ill.

The bride, escorted by her father, wore an ivory gown with a sweetheart bodice of French lace and gathered skirt of silk organza. She carried a bouquet of ivory garden roses, white lisianthus, white freesia and dusty miller.

The bride's honor attendants were Rachel Jacobi of Ardmore, sister of the bride, and Erin Ward of Chicago. Bridesmaids were Caroline Jacobi of Ardmore, sister of the bride; Sarah Schwaner of Atlanta; Melanie Mines of Chicago, Jennifer Mines of Little Rock and Abby Mines of Notre Dame, Ind., sisters of the bridegroom; Anna Nieri of Omaha, Neb.; and Julia Wegryn, Maggie Sharbel and Lauren Fraser, all of Knoxville, Tenn. They wore midnight-colored gowns with matte crepe bodices and charmeuse skirts. They carried bouquets of dusty miller with white lisianthus and freesia.

Flower girl and ring bearer were Amelia Byers and Manning Byers, both of Little Rock.

Best man was David Hiegel of Fayetteville, cousin of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Jacob Hiegel, cousin of the bridegroom, and Kevin Jones, both of Fayetteville; Kenny Hiegel, cousin of the bridegroom, and Nick Wilson, both of Little Rock; Zach DuBois of Elkhart, Ill.; Ben Sheard of Kansas City, Mo.; Chet Hemenway of Nashville, Tenn.; Brendan Herrmann of New York; and Stephen Schwaner of Atlanta.

A tented reception at The Tower Terrace on the rooftop of Ponce City Market in Atlanta was held after the ceremony. The head table was decorated with a garland of salal and small gold pots, each filled with a burgundy dahlia bloom. Some guest tables held large rustic gold pots filled with berry-colored and white flowers, while others were centered with a mix of three containers holding a bridesmaid bouquet, a single variety of foliage and a single large white hydrangea bloom.

The bride graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She is a senior communications specialist for the Office of the U.S. chairman at Deloitte.

The bridegroom has a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Notre Dame and a master's degree in accountancy from Mercer University. He is a tax associate at PwC.

The couple will live in Atlanta after a honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii.
