Soul Food Love: Healthy Recipes Inspired by One Hundred Years of Cooking in a Black Family

The Mosaic Templars Cultural Center will host Lunch ’n’ Learn with Caroline Randall Williams, co-author of Soul Food Love: Healthy Recipes Inspired by One Hundred Years of Cooking in a Black Family, noon Friday at the center, 501 W. Ninth St., Little Rock, in partnership with the Arkansas Cornbread Festival and the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. Williams will talk about her family’s culinary traditions and discuss how Soul Food Love can “translate African-American family history through food and can show a powerful new way forward with delicious recipes and healthy habits.”
