Nov. 10

Artist Reception -- The Fort Smith Regional Art Museum is hosting a reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Nov. 10 featuring works by Jason Sacran with a mid-career overview of the multiple award-winning local artist. The exhibit will include more than 50 paintings and will serve as a 20-year overview of his work, showcasing both plein air and figurative works and will be on display through Feb. 8. The reception will also be featuring "Pulled, Pressed and Screened" with works by artists such as Alex Katz, Andy Warhol, Grant Wood, Thomas Hart Benton, Dorothy Dehner, Jasper Johns, Romare Bearden, Robert Motherwell, Roy Lichtenstein and more. The exhibition features 50 prints created on paper from the 1930s to the '80s. "Pulled, Pressed and Screened" will be on display through Jan. 5. The RAM is located at 1601 Rogers Ave. in Fort Smith.
