The twin brother of a man shot by a Little Rock police officer during a raid at his house Thursday morning was later booked on multiple drug- and gun-related charges, records show.

Floyd Bernard St. Clair, 59, of Little Rock is being held at the Pulaski County jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine; possessing, manufacturing or delivering marijuana in an amount less than 10 pounds; possessing, delivering or manufacturing drug paraphernalia or counterfeit controlled substance; maintaining a drug premises near a drug free zone; simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms; and possession of firearms by certain persons.

St. Clair's brother, 59-year-old Lloyd Lanard St. Clair, was shot by an officer around 6:30 a.m. Thursday at 3200 King Road outside Little Rock when he pointed a handgun at officers serving a drug-related search warrant at the residence off Arkansas 365 just north of Sweet Home, police said.

Little Rock police spokesman Lt. Steve McClanahan told the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette that Lloyd St. Clair faces a charge of aggravated assault. Injuries to his shoulder and hip were considered not life-threatening.

An online jail roster shows Floyd St. Clair was booked at 4:39 p.m. Thursday. Lloyd St. Clair's name did not appear in jail records as of Friday morning.

The identity of the officer, who is on paid administrative leave in accordance with department policy, has not been released.

An investigation is ongoing into whether use of force by police was justified in the officer-involved shooting, which occurred at a Little Rock address but on a county road.

It was not immediately clear Friday morning whether either of the St. Clair brothers had appeared in Little Rock District Court for arraignment.
