Little Rock killing suspect found by marshals

An 18-year-old man has been arrested in Mississippi in a fatal shooting at a Little Rock apartment complex last month, Little Rock police said in a statement Friday.

Dammieon Burst was arrested Thursday in Jackson, Miss., on first-degree murder and first-degree battery warrants in a shooting that killed 21-year-old Michael Lee on Aug. 20.

Officers found Lee dead in a breezeway of Spanish Jon's Apartments at 5001 W. 65th St. about 4:50 a.m., Little Rock police said.

Anthony Neal, 20, was also shot at the apartment. Police found him a short time later being treated at UAMS Medical Center.

On Aug. 22, police arrested Robert Edwards, who goes by "Little Rob," in the fatal shooting, police said.

Burst was identified as a second suspect during the investigation and was ultimately arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service, police said.

Burst is expected to be extradited to Little Rock, according to the statement.
