Carlton Banks is coming to Hot Springs.

Alfonso Ribeiro, who played Banks on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, will serve as the grand marshal of the First Ever 14th Annual World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade on March 17, 2017, in Hot Springs, the city's visitors bureau announced in a news release.

Ribeiro, who starred opposite Will Smith and is best known for his flailing, snapping dance to Tom Jones’ “It’s Not Unusual” in the 1990s sitcom, also won Season 19 of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars in 2014. He now hosts ABC’s America’s Funniest Home Videos.

“Alfonso will bring a new level of energy and playfulness to our wacky little parade,” said Steve Arrison, CEO of Visit Hot Springs, in the release.

The parade began in 2003 and is held on Bridge Street, which is only 98 feet long, in Hot Springs. The release estimated the parade “annually draws upward of 30,000 people.”

The visitors bureau announced last month that professional wrestling champion Ric Flair would be the parade’s official starter.
