2 women charged in thefts at Little Rock Target

Police arrested two women Wednesday night after the two were accused of trying to steal clothing from a Target store in Little Rock, police said.

Chaveice Jones, 21, and Helen Parker, 30, were arrested at the Target store at 420 S. University Ave. on Wednesday night, according to a report.

When another employee stopped the two at the door, Jones resisted and took pepper spray out of her purse, causing it to spray, the arrest report said.

Parker did not resist apprehension, employees told police.
