MAGNOLIA -- Erik Qualman, a technology and social media expert, will be the guest speaker Thursday at a Murphy USA Lecture at Southern Arkansas University.
Qualman, who will speak at 10:30 a.m. in Harton Theatre, is the author of the books Socialnomics, Digital Leader and What Happens in Vegas Stays on YouTube.
He has spoken at events that also featured former Vice President Al Gore, former NFL player Peyton Manning, actress Julie Andrews, former basketball player Magic Johnson, writer Malcolm Gladwell and television show host Bill O'Reilly.
The lecture series, now in its 33rd year, is sponsored by Murphy USA, which is based in El Dorado, and by SAU's Rankin College of Business.
