Pop Pop Shoppe, a gourmet popcorn store, will open a new location next month in midtown Little Rock.
The store will open its doors on Oct. 8 and serve more than 25 flavors of fresh popcorn including classics, like plain butter, and more adventurous options, like spicy cornferno and wedding cake.
The shop will also sell an assortment of fudges and candied pecans as well as gift baskets and "popcorn bars" for special events.
“We are excited to expand into central Arkansas and share our popcorn flavors and other goodies with a brand new audience,” said Patrick Thornton, founder of the company, in a news release.
The store will open in the shopping center at 416 S. University Ave., which is the same one where the Midtown Target is located.
