Little Rock shopping center bought for $7.1M

Colony West LLC, an entity set up by commercial real estate firm Sage Partners, purchased the Colony West Shopping Center in Little Rock for $7.1 million.

The 87,000-square-foot retail center covers approximately 7 acres at Rodney Parham Road and Interstate 430 in Little Rock. The property was purchased from Doyle Rogers Family LP.

Tenants in the Colony West Shopping Center include Kroger, Simmons Bank and Chainwheel. Mason Lewis of Colliers International in Little Rock represented the Doyle Rogers Family LP.

"This property has been a shopping destination in Little Rock for over 40 years," said T.J. Lefler of Sage Partners. "We are thrilled to have another quality asset in Little Rock with great partners."

Sage Partners, which has offices in Fayetteville, Little Rock, Rogers and Bentonville, will lease and manage the shopping center.
