A Waldron man died Saturday morning after his ATV rear-ended a motorcycle and rolled over in Sebastian County.
Timothy Peterson, 49, was riding a 1997 Yamaha ATV south on East Greenwood Drive behind Robert Thornburg, who was on a Honda motorcycle, Arkansas State Police said in a crash report. At 11:55 a.m., police said, the ATV hit the rear of the motorcycle, which caused "both vehicles to overturn." Peterson and Thornburg were ejected.

Peterson died in the crash. Thornburg, 46, of Hackett was hurt and taken to Sparks Regional Medical Center, police said.
Conditions were clear and dry at the time of the wreck. The death was the 382nd of 2016 on Arkansas roads.
