Vincent Insalaco, chairman of the Arkansas Democratic Party, has called for an investigation into the Faulkner County prosecutor’s office for approving a motion to seal a fraud conviction made by Jim Hall, a Republican candidate for the state House of Representatives. An article in Saturday’s editions incorrectly identified Doyle Webb as the Democratic Party chairman. Webb is the chairman of the state Republican Party.
