An 18-year-old man told police Tuesday evening that a group of children harassed him then took his phone and money during an altercation, according to a police report.
The man said he had been followed from the Broadway Bridge by four youths, who harassed him and threw rocks at him, police said.
When he got near the McDonald's on Broadway in Little Rock, there was a physical altercation between himself and the group, he told police.
He said the youths took his iPhone along with $20 before leaving, according to the report.
He described the four youths as Hispanics.
