Heck fire says Uncle Joe. Fire is natural and in checking there seems not to be a lot of deaths on steamboats . Just like driving drunk on a deserted highway, sometime you just have to use common sense, rules are just interference with the natural orders of mankind.

"Allowing the iconic Delta Queen to operate again will promote job creation and allow tourists to experience this historic treasure while supporting the economies of communities along the Mississippi River and its tributaries," Subtle but effective reasoning, just roll the dice and if some people burn up, well we all are going to die anyway.

Next step get rid of all regulations giving fire marshal's the power to regulate how many primates can go into a building that has no fire exits, no sprinkler systems,etc... all evil restrictions the whimpy left wants to add to the costs of doing business.. Hey hey , what a money saving thought for schools, hospitals, nursing homes, etc.

It is so hard to decide, One article talks about the over populated planet, The next article talks about unsafe steam boats, There is no Guarantee, I do believe there is a greater chance for more people to die by gunshot in church than there is for people to die by fire in a steamboat, Especially in GUN CRAZY ARKIE LAND
