Greenland
• Arrin Waits, 27, of 333 S. Napier Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with manufacturing marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Waits was at the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $3,045 on Thursday.
Siloam Springs
• Justin Ray Oswalt, 18, of Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with commercial burglary. Oswalt was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail on a $2,000 bond.

• Firefighters put out a small grass fire 70 feet from a building at 7:12 p.m. Wednesday at Grandview Apartments at 401 W. 24th St.

• Assault or battery was reported at 11:29 a.m. Thursday at 312 W. Nonnamaker Drive.
• Assault or battery was reported at 12:56 a.m. Thursday at 524 S. School Ave.
