Donnelle Wagner, DNP, joined Sparks Ear, Nose & Throat Center -- West at 1500 Dodson Ave., Suite 260 in Fort Smith. She worked as a nurse practitioner for 10 years and as a registered nurse for 17 years. She spent 15 of those years at Sparks Health System.

Dr. Kyle Basham joined Sparks Urology Group at 5500 Ellsworth Road in Fort Smith. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and completed his residency in urology at the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine in Knoxville.

Terri Church, MSN, APN, ACNS-BC, director of quality and informatics at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, recently achieved certification in the field of health care quality, earning the designation of certified professional. Church joined Washington Regional in 2010. She earned a bachelor's and a master's degree in nursing from the University of Central Arkansas. She also earned a post-graduate education certificate and is a clinical nurse specialist.

Dr. Rex Harris Jr. joined Community Physician Group's Siloam Springs Medical Center, 451 S. Holly St. in Siloam Springs. He earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Harris completed his residency in family medicine in Waco, Texas and became board certified in 2017.

Gregory Spears, DO, board certified family medicine physician, recently joined the staff of Northwest Health, practicing at Northwest Medical Plaza at Sugar Creek, 1102 N.W. Lowes Ave., Suite 2 in Bentonville. He received his medical education at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, Calif., and completed a family medicine residency at Mercy Redding in California.

Carolyn Kennedy was hired as executive director of Arvest Bank's treasury management division. She has more than 20 years of treasury management experience, most recently working for SunTrust Banks Inc. in Atlanta. Kennedy earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Sweet Briar College in Sweet Briar, Va. She is a certified treasury professional and has served on the Georgia ACH Association board of directors.

Stormy Mechura, a Bentonville 911 Communications Center telecommunicator, was honored with the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch's Call of the Week award. She was recognized for successfully managing a difficult medical emergency call regarding an injured Bentonville firefighter on July 4 and assisting a man delivering his child on July 7.
