Plainclothed officers and unmarked patrol cars in certain areas would help. Don't advertise presence-----mingle in with environment.

it wouldnt have come to mandatory overtime if they would've been patrolling high-crime areas more to start with. there should never be one minute of the day that you could drive down 65th street & not see at least 1 cop. in contrast, i shouldn't be driving in the chenal area & see 6 cops.

Kudos to Buckner for reaching out to the ASP for help in the Roosevelt-Asher corridor, seeing as how so many of his own troops are busy harassing the homeless and hungry downtown on orders of Bruce Moore. Keep up the good work!
