Spa City board approves Lake Ouachita water use

HOT SPRINGS -- The city's board of directors adopted a resolution Tuesday designating Lake Ouachita as Hot Springs' next water source, but the treatment plant for its allocation of 23 million gallons per day will likely be in the Amity Road area.
