Knives with handles wrapped in masking and electrical tape and food being stored in plastic T-shirt bags; materials must be not allow the migration of deleterious substances or impart colors, odors or taste of food; knife handles must be smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable. Equipment food-contact surfaces, non-food-contact surfaces and utensils with visible food debris on surface.
