"If we have to close down our government, we're building that wall," he said." What happened to the part about Mexico paying for it? Hello? Hello??? Bueller? Bueller???
*
About "Trump began his Arizona visit with a brief trip to a Marine Corps base...." For those who aren't keeping track, the Phoenix rally was a CAMPAIGN rally. It turns out that because he made a brief stop at a military base, then ALL of the taxpayers pay half of the expenses for his campaign trip....which was primarily a CAMPAIGN rally and billed as such. The corrupt con-man pulled a slick one there, eh?
*
"None of the officials, who were briefing reporters on the trip, agreed to be identified by name." I thought Trump said anonymous sources were fake news. It gets so confusing.
*
"And immigrant traffic around Yuma has dramatically slowed over the past dozen years." Oh, a DOZEN years. Trump excels at trying to take credit for things which have been handed to him: wealth, our booming economy, etc.

The man is certifiable. I'm guessing he'll have a similar meltdown today in Nevada. In the photo of him with both thumbs up, he might as well have used both middle fingers instead because that's what he's doing to America.

That thing last night was the complete and total display of insanity. POTUS again acted like a four year old throwing a temper tantrum. Half of what he said wasn't coherent and the other half were all flat out lies. He is morally, ethically, and intellectually a zero. Nada. Nothing. He needs psychiatric help, and he is completely unfit to be POTUS. Those in cabinet positions and the military need to invoke the 25th amendment for the safety of the country and the world.

A lot of fake claims in this rally by Trump including one saying the media turned off the live feed. Trump needed this rally because that's the only place he can find support for a failing agenda. If he shuts down the government over funding for the wall, it will only dig his hole deeper.
...
I'm not foolish like Pack to lay prognostications about Trump in 2020, but I can say he has left the Republican Party vulnerable in 2018, a year that should be a cake walk for them. If nothing gets passed in 2017, you can bet challengers will point to incumbents who pinned the nation's future on a failing president.

I watched most of this debacle. It was ALL about him. Me" and "I" through the entire "speech". Sad. He tried to rewrite his Charlotteville disaster. Cried about how everyone has done him wrong, never once mentioned the innocent lady that got killed by the nazi. Such a leader.
This guy is an embarrassment.
You couldn't count the outright lies this guy made last night.

Mo, you mistake my observations for emotions. I was simply commenting that his speech seemed like he was deeply troubled, that I honestly think he needs help, and that I feel he poses a danger to us all. You are correct about the Dems, but I would much prefer Mike Pence to be POTUS. He is a man of integrity that I could trust, even if I politically disagreed with him.

Great to see the Phoenix PD taking it to the democrat party's enforcement branch...
