More crap perpetrated by ARDG. I'm surprised there aren't more comments; although, I understand net neutrality is a murky concept for many. It's essentially whether or not internet access should be considered a 'utility' such as electric or gas, or a premium service like cable tv. ISPs obviously will do whatever it takes to avoid classification as a utility in order to extort ever higher fees for various levels of service.
