'The Little Rock Help'

Skip Rutherford, dean of the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, who coordinated the 40th anniversary commemoration of the desegregation of Little Rock Central High School in 1997 and who is serving on the city's 60th anniversary commission this year, will give a talk titled "The Little Rock Help," noon today in Sturgis Hall at the school, 1200 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock. Rutherford will cover the previously untold story of a silent protest in Little Rock relating to then-Gov.
