The real truth about this illegal tax can be found at 71CV-13-177 case file in Van Buren County and the appeals I have file with the county court. Also a complaint I filed with the Governors office. I request Missy Irvin to call me to find out what needs to change!
Sincerely
Richard Winfrey

Maybe Southwestern Energy Company just needs to sell it's assets in Arkansas if it doesn't want to pay taxes here. Bet those trucks they run up and down the highways are doing more damage than the fuel taxes they are paying will pay for as well.
