• Brian Matthew Belden, 29, of 520 S.E. B St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with terroristic threatening and criminal mischief. Belden was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jose Carlos Vagas Jr., 31, of 812 W. Burch St. in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with theft by receiving. Vargas was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Michael Christopher Lewis, 31, of 5 Newest Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Friday in connection with theft by receiving and possession of a controlled substance. Lewis was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Hannah Nora Grace Logan, 18, of 9218 Williams Road in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with theft by receiving and possession of a controlled substance. Logan was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Dylan Arens, 19, of 2142 N. Sheridan Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with rape of a 17-year-old. Arens told police they had sex after the victim told him no. Arens was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Joshua Fisk, 37, of 401 S. Lewis Ave. No. 3A was arrested Friday in connection with leaving the scene of an accident with injury. Fisk was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,000 bond.

• Justin Ray Oswalt, 19, of 501 N.E. Whitney St. in Bentonville was arrested Friday in connection with theft by receiving. Oswalt was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• A structure fire was reported at 9:51 p.m. Thursday at Washington Regional Medical Center, 3215 N. Northhills Blvd. Multiple fire detectors were activated, but firefighters found the cause to be a ruptured steam pipe, according to the fire department.

• A structure fire was reported at 7:03 a.m. Friday at 17871 Blue Springs Road in Fayetteville.
