Two ejected, one fatally, in single-vehicle crash on Arkansas highway

A 27-year-old Arkansas woman died in Sebastian County on Sunday after her vehicle crashed into two trees, ejecting both her and a passenger, authorities said.

According to a report from Arkansas State Police, Brandi Tindall was driving north on Arkansas 45 when her 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer left the road shortly after 8 a.m.

Police said the vehicle hit two trees before ejecting Tindall and her passenger, who was not identified in the report.

Both were injured in the wreck. Tindall, a Hartford resident, died the same day.

Conditions were said to be rainy and wet.

At least 475 people have died in wrecks on Arkansas state roads this year, according to preliminary data.
