Teen forced into vehicle, robbed at gunpoint outside downtown Little Rock church

A 15-year-old boy told authorities three robbers forced him into a vehicle before placing a gun to his head and taking his possessions, according to a Little Rock Police Department report.

It happened about noon Friday outside First Presbyterian Church, 801 S. Scott St.

The victim told investigators he was leaving after eating lunch there when three people called him over. After he declined to approach them, "they grabbed him and put him int he front passenger seat of" a gold Honda Accord, police wrote.

One of the robbers put a gun to the teen's head and took cash, a debit card and an iPhone, the report said.

After being ordered out of the vehicle, the teen ran to his employer in the River Market, police noted. Officers searched the area but didn't make an arrest.

The robbers were said to be black males who stood about 5 foot 6 inches tall. One had dreadlocks and another had a cross tattoo on his face. Those two assailants were said to weigh about 160 pounds. No weight was listed for the third person.
