4th Judicial District Drug Task Force
• Whitson Carlisle, 43, of 1160 S. Roberts Road in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. Carlisle was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Siloam Springs
• Malissa Kay Henry, 35, of 1050 N. Britt St. E6 in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with sexual indecency with a child and contributing to delinquency of a minor. Henry was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Mario Balmaceda-Sotelo, 68, of 1565 Tumbleweed Drive in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Balmaceda-Sotelo was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Juan Jacinto-Torres, 25, of 403 Hart Ave. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jacinto-Torres was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Washington County Sheriff's Office
• Sonia Corbin, 31, of 12609 S. Arkansas 265 in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with domestic battering. Corbin was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.
