Dr. Daniel Mwanza joined Sparks Medical Center-Van Buren as a general surgeon at Surgical Associates of Fort Smith and Sparks Regional Medical Center. Mwanza's services include breast, bowel, abdominal and dermatological surgeries. He earned his bachelor's degree from Hendrix College in Conway and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 2006. He was fellowship-trained in minimally invasive, laparoscopic and bariatric surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis.

Toni Bahn was named Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce/Associated Industries of Arkansas director of governmental affairs representing the Northwest Arkansas region. She worked for the University of Arkansas Department of Athletics for the past 16 years as director of special events, coordinator for the head football and basketball coaches television shows, and several other capacities. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science and communication from the University of Arkansas in 2000 where she has completed coursework for a master's degree in communication.

Ginger Glenn was hired as a trust officer for Arvest Bank in Benton County. Glenn has more than 10 years of experience in the legal and banking sectors. She will work at Arvest's downtown Rogers location. Glenn earned a bachelor's degree in political science at Kansas State University and her law degree and master's degree in taxation from the University of Missouri -- Kansas City School of Law. Glenn taught at the University of Missouri -- Kansas City's Henry W. Bloch School of Management.

Angie Clark was named sales director for Primrose Retirement Community of Rogers, expected to open this summer. She attended the College of the Ozarks and earned a science degree from Northwest Arkansas Community College. She is enrolled in the organizational leadership business degree program at John Brown University. Clark worked for 13 years at Innisfree Senior Living as an event coordinator and heath care administrator.
