4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Walter Kelly, 44, of 560 N. Fallin Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with four counts of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose of delivering, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kelly was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• James Almond Kemp, 29, of 12543 Scenic Drive in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kemp was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Cheyenne Joy Martin, 24, of 31312 E. 683 Road in Wagoner, Okla., was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Martin was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Damon Christian Vargas, 19, of 28 Westburry Drive in Bella Vista was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Vargas was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Amy Jesuita Garcia, 24, of 207 Jan Lynn St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Garcia was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Anna Marie Kirkendoll, 30, of 905 S.E. 12th St. was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Kirkendoll was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Centerton

• Daniel Soto-Gonzalez, 30, of 412 N. Ninth St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Soto-Gonzalez was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Allan Hendrix, 33, of Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hendrix was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $10,000 bond Thursday.

Goshen

• Dallas Thomas, 19, of 4408 Atchison Ave. in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering. Thomas was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Thursday.

Little Flock

• Charles Frank Griffin, 18, of 39 Fairway Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of firearms by certain persons. Griffin was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Coy Backus, 25, of 2105 W. Emma Ave., Apt. A, was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and first-degree false imprisonment. Backus was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond Thursday.

• Lonnie Smith, 53, of 2606 Toni Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Smith was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Thursday.

• Timothy Jenkins, 38, of 4007 Miller Drive was arrested Thursday in connection with forgery and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jenkins was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Thursday.

• Brandie Hollingsworth, 37, of 11407 Snavely Road in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hollingsworth was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Thursday.

• Dorris Jenkins, 35, of 5007 Miller Drive was arrested Thursday in connection with forgery and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jenkins was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,500 bond Thursday.

• Emanuel Carrera, 28, of 1503 Christy Drive, Apt. B, was arrested Thursday in connection with forgery and possession of drug paraphernalia. Carrera was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,500 bond Thursday.

• Lamar Chavis, 35, of 1501 Thelma St. was arrested Thursday in connection with a parole violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Chavis was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Thursday.

• Theft was reported at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday at 304 N.W. Abbey Place, No. 2.

Fayetteville

• Identity fraud was reported at 10:42 a.m. Thursday at 4151 N. Falling Water Way, No. 118.

• Stolen medication was reported at 12:23 a.m. Thursday at 1540 E. Rolling Hills Drive.

• Trailer homes were evacuated after two gas leaks were discovered at 8:31 p.m. Wednesday at 3480 E. Huntsville Road. Black Hills Energy investigated and requested firefighters come out in case the gas ignited, according to a police dispatch report. No one was hurt in the incident, according to the report.

• Burglary was reported at 7:13 p.m. Wednesday at 6366 W. Abilene Drive.

• A scooter was reported stolen at 3:19 p.m. Wednesday at 2100 N. Leverett Ave., Apt. 121.

• A counterfeit $20 bill was reported at 1:43 p.m. Wednesday at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market at 660 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Counterfeit bills also were reported at 11:13 a.m. Wednesday at Applebee's at 4078 N. College Ave.

• Theft of services was reported at 12:51 p.m. Wednesday at Courtyard Marriott at 600 E. Van Asche Drive.

• Theft was reported at 12:49 p.m. Wednesday at 2073 E. Overland Loop.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 6:39 a.m. Tuesday at 310 S. Pointe Ave.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday at 2307 W. Hudson Road.

• Burglary was reported at 12:43 a.m. Thursday at 1301 Daline St.
