Morgan S. Doughty has joined Harrington Miller, a full-service law firm in Springdale, as a lawyer. Doughty's areas of practice include family law and criminal defense. She is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Missouri, as well as the federal courts.

Jeff Rose of Jeff Rose Photography, an active photographer since 2008, has been named by TIME magazine as a local photographer to watch. His focus is on adventure and lifestyle settings.

Shane Knisley has been named chief operating officer of Sparks Health System. Knisley has 25 years of health care experience. He most recently was assistant chief executive officer at Lake Granbury Medical Center near Fort Worth, Texas.

Russell Hill, Washington County assessor, was named Outstanding Assessor for 2016 by the International Association of Assessing Officers' Arkansas chapter. The local chapter is made up of elected assessors, employees and contractors who work in each of the state's 75 counties.

Maggie Lee, a registered nurse at Sparks Clinic Cancer Center, recently passed the Oncology Certified Nurse examination administered by the Oncology Nursing Certification Corp. Lee has been with the Oncology Department at Sparks since 2010.
