Mercy Hospitals earn patients’ accolades
Mercy Hospital Fort Smith and Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas in Rogers earned the 2016-17 Consumer Choice Award. It's the 13th consecutive year for the Fort Smith hospital to receive the honor. It's the third consecutive award for the Rogers hospital, and it was the only hospital in Northwest Arkansas honored.
Researchers from NRC Health use the nation's largest online consumer survey on health care to find out which local hospital patients like best. Specific questions center on overall quality, image and reputation, and quality of doctors and nurses.
National Research surveys more than 300,000 households in the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.
