• Johnny Smith, 45, of Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with terroristic threatening, battery and fleeing. Smith was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Krystle Owen, 30, of 1108 Mallard Place was arrested Sunday in connection with residential burglary, theft of property, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a controlled substance with intent of delivering and failure to appear. Owen was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $175,000 bond.

• Jordan Foster, 21, of 118 San Jose Drive in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with residential burglary, theft of property, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering. Foster was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Emily Bailey, 20, of Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with residential burglary, theft of property, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering. Bailey was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Sarah Isaac, 22, of 215 W. Allen Ave. in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with residential burglary, theft of property, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Isaac was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $175,000 bond.

• Gabriel Gass, 18, of 414 McKnight Ave. in West Fork was arrested Sunday in connection with 33 counts of breaking and entering a vehicle, commercial burglary, theft of property and four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, police said. Police stopped Gass for a traffic violation and found stolen property, according to a news release. Police say Gass stole property at The Links Apartments, The Cliffs Apartments, Hill Place Apartments, The Vue Apartments and neighborhoods in the Wedington Drive area, according to the release. The investigation is ongoing.

Rogers

• Scotty George Bullard, 39, of 103 Midland Ave. in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with theft of property. Bullard was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

• Robert Lee Bill, 28, of 1201 Flynt St. was arrested Monday in connection with domestic battery and aggravated assault upon a certified law enforcement officer or an employee of a correctional facility. Bill was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Darwin H. Casasola, 34, of 4438 Wigwam Lane was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault and domestic battery. Casasola was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on $2,500 bond.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• John Kelly, 54, of 3553 Dead Horse Mountain Road in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravated assault. Kelly was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

• Theft was reported at 4:24 p.m. Friday at 16165 E. Arkansas 94 in Rogers.

Fayetteville

• Assault or battery was reported at 11:33 p.m. Sunday at 566 N. Wordsworth Lane.

• Robbery was reported at 10:16 p.m. Sunday at 600 N. Betty Jo Drive. No further information was available Monday, police said.

Rogers

• Burglary was reported at 3:53 p.m. Thursday at 1023 S. 26th St.
