First, CATA should never have been renamed. Second, he sounds like he was in it for the money; he started planning his exit once the transit tax failed. Finally, it's too bad he's not leaving completely as he seems to be one of those nuts who want a boulevard instead of 30 Crossing, an idea that is LONG overdue here. (They even took my own example of Pine Bluff's Martha Mitchell "Expressway" as how building a boulevard INSTEAD OF a freeway can ruin a city, and twisted it into yet another "freeways ruin cities" lie even though Martha Mitchell is NOT a freeway!)
