What does it do: The rotating head makes it easier for the user to switch from trimming tops to sides of hedges. Just press the rotary lock button and rotate the cutting head to 90 degrees. The trimmer is ergonomic and has good balance. It weighs just over 6 pounds and the dual-action blade minimizes vibration. Two handles provide ease of use and comfort.
