Let's see here. 3:00 in the morning. Check. Crashed into a guardrail. Check. Refused a sobriety test. Check. He was driving drunk. He could have easily crashed into another vehicle and killed himself, or someone else. Got off on a technicality. Where's the law and order crowd on this one?

Example of parallel system of law mechanics. There is a separate standard for elites.

DWI sometimes means Drunk While Influential.

He has a substance abuse problem and needs to take steps to get serious treatment before he kills someone while driving under the influence. He has two prior DWI convictions and was arrested at an Alabama festival with illegal drugs. He got off easy on the drug charges (using a statute for youthful offenders under 25 - he was 41 at the time). The Good Ole Boy System has its perks. badaralcoholcontolblogspotcom/2017/05/asa-hutchinson-iii-gets-deal-in-alabama.html

When Asa III gets behind the wheel again while under the influence and harms someone the Governor and Susan can look in the mirror and see the reason for his lack of integrity.

And,once again......a "Good Ol' Boy" with political ties....goes free. Not you or me, though. Political privilege in Arkansas. Wake up, Arkansans! It will never change unless we all change it!

Well I'm glad he got treated equally on any legal problem, but with two prior DWIs he needs some help before he kills himself or other innocent folks. Hopefully this is a wake up call for the Hutchinson family to intervene

What a great example of justice.
