Wedding vows were exchanged by Anne Elizabeth McFadden and Dr. Michael Scott Cross Jr. at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 27, in Trinity Episcopal Cathedral with the Rev. Amber Carswell officiating.

Parents of the bride are Elizabeth and Danny McFadden of Little Rock. Her grandparents are the late Maj. Charles Lester Kennon Jr. of Marietta, Ga., the late Florence Gladish Kennon of Little Rock and the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas McFadden of Newport.

The bridegroom is the son of Cynthia and Michael Cross of Memphis. He is the grandson of the late Emily Smith Britton and the late William Johnstone Britton III, both of Memphis, and the late Elizabeth McVaugh Cross and the late George H. Cross, both of Vero Beach, Fla.

The altar held two garden arrangements of white and blush spray roses, white hydrangeas, bells of Ireland and white larkspur. Music was by organist Jason Pennington-Saugey and soloists Anna Squire and Adam Baldwin.

The bride, who walked down the aisle with her father, wore a duppioni-silk and lace gown. The Alencon lace bodice had a V-neckline and dropped waistline with scalloped edging. The full box-pleated skirt extended to a chapel-length train. She carried a bouquet of peonies, tulips, roses and hydrangeas.

Matron of honor was Gabrielle Rose of Americus, Ga. Bridesmaids were Jessica Dickinson of Logan, Utah; Sara Glazer of Memphis; Clayton Kelly and Caitlin Mondelli, both of Nashville, Tenn.; Sarah Pickell of Oxford, Miss.; Paige McFadden of North Little Rock; and Cameryn Miller, Sam Pappas and Sarah Wendel, all Little Rock. They wore silk-chiffon gowns in blush-pink and carried bouquets similar to the bride's.

Serving as the bridegroom's honor attendants were his father and his brother, William George Cross of Nashville. Groomsmen were Weller Emmons of Nashville; Zac Hunter of New York; Zach Jarrett of New Orleans; Matt Murray of Atlanta; and Dr. Jarod Santoro, Bradley Shields, Dr. Michael Wendel and Capt. Daniel McFadden, brother of the bride, all of Little Rock. Guests were greeted by Blake Dubinski of Oxford, Miss., and Andrew Rose of Americus.

A reception at the Country Club of Little Rock was held after the ceremony. The ballroom guest tables held gold urns filled with arrangements in various sizes of hydrangeas, blush and white garden roses, tulips and orchids. Long tables were decorated with garlands of foliage down the center. Music was by Rodney Block Jazz Project and Al Paris and the Heartbreakers.

The bride graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi, where she was a member of the Ole Miss Panhellenic Board. She is a member of the Junior League of Little Rock and is director of admissions for Mount St. Mary Academy.

The bridegroom graduated from Vanderbilt University with bachelor's and master's degrees in medicine, health and society. He received a medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He is a resident physician in internal medicine at UAMS.

After a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple will make their home in Little Rock.
