This 100 percent beech wood rolling pin gives pie crusts, sugar cookies and other baked goods an embossed finish.
For best results roll dough using a conventional (smooth) rolling pin, then use the Valek Embossing Rolling Pin to create the pattern on the dough. The pin works best with unleavened doughs such as pie crust and sugar cookies. We had great results with homemade and refrigerated pie crust. The pins can also be used on fondant for decorating cakes.
The large pin measures 17 inches including handles; the small pin is approximately 9 inches including handles.
Each size is available in three designs. Pictured is the large in Folk; other large designs are Daisy and Circles and Diamonds. The small comes in Hearts, Snowflakes and Dinosaurs.
